We transmit claims electronically on a daily basis, process all your patient statements, post all insurance and patient payments,
take care of all unpaid claims follow-up, and handle all your incoming telephone inquiries about patient account.

be paid on first submission. The electronic claims
scrubbing system that we utilize compares your claims data to
more than 400,000 claim edits by commercial and government
insurance plans. Our edits catch LCD, CCI, post-op,

MBO Remind
Integrated with MBO Suite is the optional automated message module. With the messaging module you can define parameters for the system to call your patients to remind them of appointments, create custom messages such as birthday greetings or messages to remind new patients to bring insurance information to their first appointment. MBO Remind is a very cost effective way to reduce no show rates and improve patient compliance. MBO Remind can also be used to call patients with recorded messages about their account balance and request payment of any past due amounts.
MBO Schedule
Utilize our centralized call center for all your patient scheduling. Establish scheduling rules and templates for our operators to follow, and we’ll establish a local telephone number
(or a toll free number in some areas) for you to publish as your scheduling line. All incoming calls will then be routed to our call center, and based on your scheduling rules our operators will schedule your patients in the MBO Suite scheduling module. MBO Schedule allows you to eliminate the constant interruptions of telephone ringing in your office, which allows your staff to focus on patient care.
Data Entry
If you need assistance with
charge entry, we can help. Your office
can scan your charge slips and demographic information to our
secure ftp server and we'll enter your patient data and charges
on a daily basis.
