subscription bases. During your annual subscription
term, we will prepare and submit all re-credentialing
applications. Subscriptions are payable on an annual
basis via credit card or bank ACH draft.

applications during your subscription period
During your subscription period, new network or facility
applications will be completed and submitted for a fee of $150.00

If you just want applications submitted for you on a case by
case basis, we can help with that. Our per application fee
for non-subscribed providers is $250 per application.

For one low fee of $1,200.00 you get a full one year
