President
Mr. Kuka has more than 13 years experience in medical practice management serving in various roles including Chief Executive Officer and Administrator for physician practices. Mr. Kuka has a wide range of experience including financial management, operations management, compliance, managed care, and strategic business development. Throughout his years of managing medical practices, he has developed in-depth knowledge of accounts receivable management and technologies needed to operate an efficient medical practice.
Several years ago, Mr. Kuka began providing business consulting services to medical groups. While providing business services to medical groups on a consultative basis, he realized a need for better accounts receivable management processes in small to mid-size medical groups. As a result, MBO was launched in 2004 as a billing solutions provider for medical groups of all specialties. Since inception, MBO has specialized in operating a paperless business office and providing physicians with leading technologies and superior billing services.
Tina Eubanks
Billing Operations Manager
Mrs. Eubanks has more than 15 years experience in medical billing operations. She is responsible for overseeing all the accounts receivable functions of MBOSolutions clients. Mrs. Eubanks has experience in internal medicine, psychiatry, cardiovascular surgery, general surgery, neurology, and many other specialties. Mrs. Eubanks obtained the Certified Patient Account Representative designation through Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Virgina McGeorge, BS, CPC
Coding Consultant
Virginia McGeorge holds an Associate Degree in Medical Office Management, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and a physician-based coding certification through the American Health Information Management Association. She has been working in the medical office management arena in multiple specialties for over 25 years, and has shared her considerable experience with MBO and its clients as a coding and billing consultant since 2005.
